So the town literally grew up \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003earound the Whisky\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e — we're no city planning experts, but it doesn't sound as a bad way for a town to grow.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tThe blokes at Oban have only one wash and one spirit still and the Whisky they produce is considered one of the classic malts of Scotland — a virtual \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003enational treasure\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. Oban is in the \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHighlands, \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ebut its position on the far western coast gives their spirit a very unique character. \u003cbr\u003e\r\n \u003cbr\u003e\r\nOban Little Bay is a bit redundant since the word \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e“oban” already means “little bay”\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e in Scots Gaelic. Like all Oban Whiskies, this is a fine Single Malt. But Little Bay is also \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003etheir first NAS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e — which means that it is a combination of their Single Malt \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eacross a range of ages \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ethat were married in small ex-Bourbon barrels. \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nOban Little Bay has all of that \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003elovely coastal character\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, but with a gentle, heather quality.
