It is a Gin-lovers Gin made in a painstaking process that takes an entire week to complete. It starts with grain Spirit distilled in a brilliant copper pot still. But where other producers infuse all of the botanicals \"hot\" by allowing the Spirit vapors to pass through the botanicals, Ableforth’s knows that \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003esome botanicals just don’t like the heat. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eSo the juniper, coriander, and other heat-tolerant herbs get the vapor treatment.
