It is possible to solder onto the tabs but you must be very fast because if your iron is not good quality or you dally even a few seconds, you will melt the plastic and ruin the FSR! Don't attempt to solder directly to your FSR unless you are absolutely sure you have the skills to do so.

Please note: Breadboard not included.

Features

Detects physical pressure, squeezing, and weight

Alpha MF01A-N-221-A01 model with 1/2" diameter sensing region

50% lower cost than previous Interlink 402 FSR model

Resistive value changes based on applied pressure (measured in ohms)

Low cost and easy to use

Provides pressure ranges rather than exact measurements

Typical sensor variation of approximately 10%

Not recommended for precise weight detection

10x force range version available for high-pressure applications

Connect via breadboard, alligator clips, female headers, or terminal blocks

Soldering not recommended due to risk of melting plastic components

Specifications

Dimensions

Length:: 60.4mm

Width: 18.33mm

Thickness: 0.56mm

Weight: 0.9g

Specs

Force sensitivity range: 30g～1000g (0.3N～10N)

Force Resolution: Continuous (Analog)

Stand-off / Open unloaded resistance: >20MΩ

Force repeatability (single part) 2%

Force repeatability (part to part) 10% within a single batch

Response time: <1ms

Life cycle (without failure): > 5 Million

Operating temperature: -30°C to +85°C

Resources

Product datasheet

Tutorial

Package Contents

1x Round Force-Sensitive Resistor (FSR)

Breadboard not included.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0946/3231/3120/files/round-force-sensitive-resistor-fsr_1.jpg?v=1787257258
waterproof-ds18b20-compatible-temperature-sensor-with-resistor
Waterproof DS18B20-Compatible Temperature Sensor with Resistor

When you need to measure temperature, the DS18B20 is a firm favourite. Each segment has a click-y feeling to it, and each movement clockwise or counter-clockwise causes the two switches to open and close. The VCNL4010 is designed for much shorter distances, no more than 200mm (about 7.5") and under our experimentation we found it worked best at distances of about 10-150mm. It does away with clunky mechanical floats, and easily interfaces with electronic control systems. The eTape sensor's envelope is compressed by the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid in which it is immersed. This results in a change in resistance that corresponds to the distance from the top of the sensor to the surface of the fluid. The sensor's resistive output is inversely proportional to the height of the liquid: the lower the liquid level, the higher the output resistance; the higher the liquid level, the lower the output resistance.

This is a very unique sensor, we haven't seen anything else that is affordable and accurate for measuring liquid level. As you can see line tracking robot one of the easiest ways for a robot to successfully and accurately navigate. We designed this new generation of line tracking sensor to be your robot's powerful copilot all the way. It will guide your robot by telling white from black quickly and accurately, via TTL signal. With a drawed path and good programming can ensure results that are far more consistent than if the robot was simply told where to go without any reference.

To improve its sensitivity we have replaced the old opto interrupt with high quality one on our latest version. Now the sensor is more accurate and It's simplified design make it compatible with most mobile platforms. You can combine several line following sensors with other ranged sensors, making mobile robots complete. With a sensor aiming the floor, not only you can detect lines, but often, floor with low reflection and dark color can be used to distinguish different areas. For example, a kitchen with a dark floor and a living room with a light or white floor, given this information to your robot you can keep it enclosed to a specific area or even let the robot know the area to change it's behavior. We've seen it also for stairs detector, when the sensor is triggered by the lack of reflection when high altitude is detected.

Features

Wide voltage range from 3.3V to 5V

Standard assembling struct (Times-of-5mm Center distance between two 3mm mounting holes)

Icons to simple illustrate sensor function

High quality connector

Immersion gold surface

Connection Example - Expansion Shield V7

Specifications

Supply Voltage: 3.3V to 5V

Detecting Range:

Interface: Digital

Operating current: 20mA @ 5V

Operating temperature range: 0°C ~ + 50°C

Output: TTL (Black for LOW output, White for HIGH output)

Size: 28 x 10mm

Resources

Product Wiki

Schematic

Datasheet

Package Contents

1x Line Tracking Sensor for Arduino

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0946/3231/3120/files/gravity-digital-line-following-sensor_1.jpg?v=1787257775
srf02-ultrasonic-sensor-discontinued
SRF02 ultrasonic sensor [Discontinued]

This low cost ultrasonic ranger has both I2C and Serial interfaces. The ADXL345 is a small, thin, low power, 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16 g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either a SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface.

The ADXL345 is well suited to measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (4 mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0°.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivity sensing detect the presence or lack of motion and if the acceleration on any axis exceeds a user-set level. Tap sensing detects single and double taps. Free-fall sensing detects if the device is falling. These functions can be mapped to one of two interrupt output pins. An integrated, patent pending 32-level first in, first out (FIFO) buffer can be used to store data to minimize host processor intervention. Low power modes enable intelligent motion-based power management with threshold sensing and active acceleration measurement at extremely low power dissipation.

Specifications

2.0-3.6VDC Supply Voltage

Ultra Low Power: 40uA in measurement mode, 0.1uA in standby@ 2.5V

Tap/Double Tap Detection

Free-Fall Detection

SPI and I2C interfaces

Resources

DataSheet

Wiki Doc

Schematic

Arduino Library (IDE 1.0 compatible)

Package Contents

1x Triple Axis Accelerometer ADXL345

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0946/3231/3120/files/fermion-adxl345-digital-triaxial-acceleration-sensor-16g_1.jpg?v=1787257788
ultrasonic-sensor-xl-maxsonar-wr-water-proof-discontinued
Ultrasonic Sensor XL-MaxSonar -WR-Water Proof [Discontinued]

The XL-MaxSonar®-WR sensor provides very short to long-range detection and ranging, in a compact, robust PVC housing, designed to meet IP67 water intrusion, and matches standard electrical ¾” PCV pipe fittings. The self heating (15mW at 5V, or 8mW at 3.3V) will change the temperature of the sensor by 3 degrees C or so. (The amount of self heating is also slightly dependent upon user mounting). Because of this, each HRLV-MaxSonar-EZ is equipped with an internal temperature sensor which allows the sensor to apply a compensation for speed of sound changes.

With the internal temperature sensor, range readings immediately (within twenty seconds) after power up are the most accurate, and this is ideal for battery applications where the sensor is powered off most of the time. The self heating (15mW at 5V, or 8mW at 3.3V) will change the temperature of the sensor by 3 degrees C or so. (The amount of self heating is also slightly dependent upon user mounting). As such, self heating will cause the sensor to read the actual air temperature inaccurately.

External Temperature Sensor

With the HR-MaxTemp connected to the HRLV-MaxSonar-EZ line of sensors, realtime automatic temperature compensation is available. If ignored this will cause a drift of the reported of up to 3%.

The HRLV-MaxSonar-EZ is designed to used alongside the HR-MaxTemp temperature sensor.
