That’s part of what makes Agave horrida so interesting. Symmetrical globe-shaped form with few to no offsets. Smaller agave that is great for containers, rock and succulent gardens, xeriscaping. Individual rosettes reach about two feet in diameter. Plants can be maintained for many years in small containers.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAgave horrida has dark green leaves with lighter undersides and many dark brown spines. It often becomes a globe-shaped solitary plant with age. This plant needs excellent drainage. Its sharp spines make it deer and rodent resistant.
